Urgent Help Needed To Create LOve Calculator Spy Website

Hi, Great Programmers,
I want to create a love calculator simple website where people put their name, their crush name and get the percentage like many other website .
But here I want one more thing that When someone e input their details ,I got those details via email notification.
Let's suppose my friends enter their name with their fiance so I get all that info,
Is this possible ?
I am sure you have solution for it.
let me tell what should i do to create such a spy website.
i have searched internet .quora and many forums but didn't find any solution.
Urgent help are needed.

    I think I found some java codes for that love calculator. I don't remember where. Then you can integrate it with your site or make an app for it.

    I guess I am not familiar with these type of websites. Do people input their full (real) name? Or, if someone inputs "Bob" has a crush on "Judy", you really want to get this info emailed to you?

    It's very easy to develop a website like this, we can do this easily, but I just have to understand what you want exactly and make sure the way you want to collect the information is legal.

    In other words, I just need some more info.

      People will input their name and their crush name and hit enter to see love percantage .
      This information I want to emailed my self.
      I am not going to publishing this website for whole world.I Just want to some of my friends cushes name and want to show them. In other words ,I want to show off in front of my friends .
      I can create facebook phising page.gmail phising page.But am not able to create love calculator as it need javascript knowledge which I don't help.
      If you can create It will be good for me. I return If you want anything ,Please don't hesitate to say.
