First gain some experience on Fiverr , SEOClerks or gigbucks.com
Once you are confident, go to guru.com, freelancer.com or upwork.com, It is hard to get popular on these sites. There are companies with employees bidding over there. But if you get few customers and some five star ratings, you can charge good hourly pay.
