Running a custom PHP scraping script and need to periodically rotate to a new IP every X minutes or every X HTTP requests. Need decent performance for accessing U.S. hosts. ProxyRack.com looks intriguing. I don't need 50 simultaneous connections as the script only uses one connection, but the fact they rotate the IPs for me and they have a lot of IPs is a plus. Don't need private, shared is fine.
