Need Plugin for a group

I need to have a secure login from front page or inetrior page of existing wordpress blog site that allows people to:

1. see news announcements
2. download documents and pdfs
3. or just update people

This is NOT for customers or clients. It is for other salespeople in the same company to view and download documents only, NOT for them to post.
But they can upload and share documents only with Admin, NOT each other.
ONLY the administrator or.manager can post updates and uplaod files for downloading.

I cannot find anything like this in the wordpress plugin directory.

  • Maybe you need membership plugin to allow/disallow users to access to some pages?

  • You definitely need a Membership plugin. You can check MemberPress or Restrict Content Pro and see which one you think fits best on what you need.
  • Little late but an afterthought: If case you already have OptimizePress, did you know you have free access to OptimizeMember: a plugin they built to run membership sites ?

    Just a thought!
