If it's a really physical headache and it only starts when you start coding - this might not be the bet fit for you.

Or yeah maybe you pop too much caffeine or something else and you just get wired as hell? And that's when the headache kicks in.

Maybe coding is just not meant for you, try an alternative.

If you are getting headache because of coding then maybe you are coding for too long. Starter usually complain about headache, because of working for hours. Take small breaks to relax your brain. Go for a walk during the break. Change of place can also help to relax the brain.

The headache could also be because of taking too much stress. Try not to take the stress because it will only drop your performance.

Did I get headaches when I learnt programming? Only from banging my head against the desk.

Which language are you starting with? Some are easier for beginners than others.
What do you intend to do once you've "become a programmer"? This will dictate (to a certain extent) the languages you need to learn.

Welcome to the club, lol. For some time, I have been learning Golang, more as a hobby than a serious activity, lol. To tell you the truth, I actually enjoy these headaches because they are a part of the problem-solving process. I wrote a couple of math problem-related solutions. Very simple. You know to find the biggest or the smallest number in a group, or to find a number divisible by 2 or 3. Not such a big deal, but I wanted to write my own solution. So, I really liked it and most importantly I enjoyed it for real. So, my word of advice is that you shouldn't give up. These headaches will disappear as soon as you reach some results, and you will feel good about yourself. So, the best way for a programming headache is to learn the development properly, lol. Well it is not proven or something but some people are more susceptible for it then others.

There are also a lot of other far more likely causes that let you have headaches. Like not enough water or sleep.

Ha Ha very funny ... I work as a coder for 16 years, always learning new stuff and it doesn't look like the process of learning will end soon. If you must force yourself to do something it simply is not in your nature to do it. Do something else that will make you happy.

-choose yours and they will list courses for you from beginer to advanced

Well this is the way I learn new things.

Its possible you just need glasses? Looking at the screen may bring on headaches. As for getting headaches FROM programming. I've never had that happen
