Where do they hire the software developers?

Hi;
I really like softwares related to IM.
Puchased few of them, some even with their whitelabel.
Espescially sellers on jvzoo

But I just wonder, where do they get this Developer? I don't believe when they say, they are developing this by themselve :p

Just imagine, within 1 month, they are 3 to 5 different softwares from the same vendor.

Just curious.
Perhaps, one day, I myself manage to launch my of software launch.

Regards

ps : usually, how much to hire a software developer to build something like Smart Ads Builder (not affiliate link) or www.audiencedrill.com (not affiliate link)

There users who want to build a website as a hobby, develop their own website using simple platforms that do not require much coding experience. They also use the build in templates to create their own website.

But users always hire the expert developers to develop a website for their business. The website developed by a fresh developer can only lead to a poor and an insecure website. That is why the clients search for the freelancer developers or freelancer companies on the internet to produce an innovative, responsive and cost effective application.

  • I personally use Upwork. The problem is the thousands of inexperienced and crap programmers that over-state their skill set.

If you decide to use a site like all the ones mentioned, do your due diligence on the freelancers. Lot's of scammers and guys that don't know what their doing. Took me about a year to finally find the right guys to finish my last project.

    Good luck.

Sometimes, it is not just about hiring developers. It is about having a partner who is also a developer.

It is hard to develop multiple software at the same time by the same person. Especially something like AudienceDrill.

The AudienceDrill sales page actually claims that the software itself is actually worth "$497". Though most people may see that as a false claim just to build up the value of their product, it isn't so. As a developer, I know that I would pretty much charge a project like that at least a $500. So, yeah it is actually worth $497 (think about the actual project cost).

If you have a really amazing idea, then find a developer who would also like the idea and then release a software product together.

Sometimes just having an idea won't be enough. For instance, a developer may say that you will have to pay 50% of the cost of the project + 50% of the sales. If you are good at convincing the developer, then you may even get him to work on a project for free!

NOTE: JV with a developer who believes that providing customer support after product release is important.

    Best,
    Ron

Option A) Depends on what is your goal, if you are a developer or have a development team and are capable of putting this together then you build it yourself. Obviously if you don't you can always build this team from the ground up, but as someone who has a runs a few tech teams, I would advise against it, if you have to ask, you are not qualified to run the team and you will get screwed up and stepped on by your own teammates, thats the reality. Not counting the fact, that you have to pay for the developers and the head of your team, which can get pretty costly and if you don't have a source of income those tens of thousands of dollars you had in the beginning will disappear FAST.

Option B) If you are looking for some really simple plugin or piece of technology freelancing sites usually are enough, but it's on your risk if it's not the quality you wanted, as always with freelancers, there is no guarantee. The pro is obviously the low price.

Option C) There is always an option to hire a trusted agency (e.g. Webvalley.cz/en or similar), if you can afford the high pricing, you buy the exact result you want, you tap into their experience and you have a guarantee. This con is the high price, but in the end could still be less than building the team yourself, because just because you can build something that looks like a car, doesn't mean you have the necessary know how to actually build something that someone can drive if it makes sense.

All depends on goals, budget and other resources. And where you are on the quality, time, price spectrum/pyramid (google it).

    hope this helps

If you are looking for freelancers then try freelancers and fiverr portals. If you want to hire professionals from any reputed IT organization then I recommend Chetu Inc.
