If I know someone's location and his username on facebook and his ISP. Is there a trick or a program to get his email?

    Have you sing up any AutoResponder Account?
    There you get your email list.
    I suggest you sign up with Getresponse if you haven't

    there are many ways to collect email address (Contacts, Subscribers, Partners, Costumers..etc)

    Many new ads networks, offers list building where you will be able to collect lead on there network. (No need for website or landing page.)

    online contest, social media pages or group, you ask ask people you meet directly.

    best type is opt-in where people fill up a short form and you collect their information.
