Employer Queries About Outsourcing Projects
I am planning to outsource my first php project in freelancer or upwork. These are some queries related to this.
1) Code quality: How to ensure freelancer gives good quality code? what needs to be mentioned in project specification in this regard?
2) Security: How to ensure code protects from sql injection, hacking etc? what needs to be mentioned in project specification in this regard?
3) Documentation: How to ask for complete documentation of code so that any other person can work in future?
4) Monitoring: How to ensure quality, security and testing done while project being developed? Can you hire two people and one will monitor other's work? If yes then how they will communicate and where codes will be shared?
5) Same country or others: Which is better to hire from same country or others from legal point of view in case of enforcing NDA?
