Internal Server Error

Hello,
We have a online design tool plugin to design and order signs and banners on the site. When we design a sign and click on order or save the design we are getting "internal server error". Does anyone know how to fix this problem? We increased PHP memory. Deleted and installed the plugin again. Don't know what else to do. error log is pointing to that SignDesign plugin. We are using wordpress with woocomerce. Do you guys have any recommendations for us?
