Any self hosted link cloaking scripts? Not Wordpress

Hello folks,

I'm searching for a script that I can install on my domain that will enable me to cloak links and keep track of the number of clicks for each url.

I'm aware of all the Wordpress plugins, but I don't want to use a Wordpress plugin for this solution.

I know how to redirect urls using php, but that won't give me the stats of how many people clicked the links.

There used to be so many link cloaking scripts around a few years ago that could be installed on your own site, but that no longer seems to be the case! I have Powerlink Generator from years back, which is the sort of thing I'm after, but some of the code is now deprecated and I'm having problems with it.

I have tried Free Link Cloaker that I discovered in this ancient thread, but it doesn't seem to work for me. http://www.warriorforum.com/internet...ere-today.html

So. I'd love to hear if anyone has any knowledge of a working cloaking script that's still available for self-hosting?

Thank you Frank, but none of these are a self hosted script.

Honestly they are not very good they are subject to a lot of fraudulent clicks.

I won't be using a cloaker to mask affiliate links. It's merely to make ugly looking download links look nicer and give me some stats on the number of clicks. No affiliate marketing involved.
