I have stumbled upon the Warrior Forum while looking for ideas/strategies on making extra money online. I have a full background in web development and server systems. After looking around it seems like there are so many paths and I would like to look deeper into one that fits my skill set best.

I have a friend who a while back was playing around with niche sites and making a little money. Is something like this still viable? Is there a better strategy since I can do all the programming / server work myself?

Any help in pointing out some of the better options that would compliment my background would be greatly appreciated.
