Any Windows Guru's out there

Hi Folks
I'm operating on XP home edition and recently downloaded Windows Service pack 3.
When I've tried to install a copy of Office 97 pro I keep getting an error message which
has the title bar of "16 Bit Windows Subsystem" and the message reads:
C;/windows/system 32/autoexec.nt.
The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows applications.
Choose 'close' to terminate the application.
I thought Office 97 would run ok on the XP system.

Any help or advice would be appreciated

    Copy the file from the windows\repair folder and paste into windows\system32.

    That problem happens occasionally. That's the ONLY thing I can think of though. Good luck.
