help...how are they doing this

Hello,

Our site is being displayed in connection with a weight loss spam blog.
I was wondering if any of you can figure this out. I can see how they
are doing it, but not how it relates to googles destination, display
policy. I called google twice but they have not removed it yet.

Within the paid search results you will find our domain displayed:

Lose 32 Lbs Per Month
Follow This Simple Free Diet Plan
Lose 32 Lbs Per Month Effortlessly.
AphroditeWomensHealth .com <-------

However, when you click the ad it goes a fake blog that has nothing to do
with us:

mytruedietstory. info <---------

This is NOT our site and we want this advertisement removed immediately, but I'm curious how this is getting in?

Here is the source code for their index page:

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN"

<head>

<frameset cols='*' rows='*, 0'>

<frame name="myf" src='index1.php?' frameborder='0' scrolling='Auto' noresize marginwidth='0' marginheight='0'>
</frameset>
</head>

</html>

Thanks!

    They probably just copied your own ad, and instead of using your link they linked to theirs

      Sounds like what iBBnet said, they've seen your ad and are basically leeching of its success. So although your domain name is displayed the google ad is just linking to their site.

      Notify Google of this, I'm sure it falls under some sort of false advertising or brand infringement.
