Need this problem fixed!

I got that in error logs. So today I hit update to the new wordpress version by accident then I tried to exit outta that area because I didnt want to update. Then It said Scheduled maintenance then I changed the WP_INSTALL: to false. then i set it to true. When i go on the website it says
This page isn't working

HTTP ERROR 500
