Infected Wordpress Files, HELP!

I got this recently in my email:

During a routine scan, the security team at PowWeb
discovered infected files in your "airindia" account.
Typically, these security vulnerabilities are due to the presence of
an outdated application or script in your account.

You can view a list of the infected files in the /stats directory of your
account, in a file named 'websitescan.txt.'

How do I get rid of this so I can access my sites again? Any useful articles explaining this? SItelock is trying to get me to pay a monthly fee for this service.
Thanks a lot.

Delete the files in the list. Replace with clean backups if need be.
Find the source of the hack, prob wordpress.

If you like, I can do this for you for a small fee.
    Pm me if interested.

I'd export the content and import it into a new site.
then add plugins and themes from the original sources

Are you using WordPress? Have you tried qSandbox yet?

Short solution as stated above would be to install Wordfence. It can detect and suggest how to fix any issues.

Did you install any nulled plugin or theme?
