Can Someone Create A Double Meta Refresh PHP Files Ill Pay $$$

I currently have a 2 php files that act as my double meta refreshes. They work great in internet explorer and firefox but they do not work on a mac in the safari browser. When they click my link it sends them right back to the page they were at.

Can someone create a double meta refresh for me so i can just use it as a template whenever i need to create new links? But one that is compatible with all browsers? Thank you.

    Hi Jake

That's quite a challenge - as far as I know you can't actually use a double meta refresh with Chrome, Safari or Opera.

I found an article about sending those browser users to a 2nd page or another page on another domain, which probably isn't of much use to you unless you gave them a link on that page with a 'Safari & Chrome Users Click Here" - your referring link would then become that page(of course don't send them back to the original page or they'll be in a loop!). If you want a universal solution based upon that you could add a parameter to the "Click Here" link and send them to the original page and trap that GET variable to prevent ending up in a loop. I could code you something like that, but I'm not really sure it's what you are after.

It's here if you want to take a look at it:

    Some good suggestions there Bill..

My preferred way is to go via a second domain name.

Visitor -> site A -> redirects to Site B -> redirect to final destination.

I haven't tested this but, redirecting to a subdomain might work as well, as subdomains are treated as seperate domains.

Worth testing out. But if keeping your traffic source is worth more than $10 a year, then a seperate domain migh be worth while.

    Hope this helps
