how do i upload my PDF/EBOOK on blog

pls is anyone there that can help me with this challenge,i have an information product but i dont know how to upload it to either my e-mail or blog,can anyone pls help me out on what to do.

    I did a video a few days ago that shows how to zip some files then upload them with FTP. If you have your blog on a hosting account then the video should help. If it's somewhere like Blogger then I don't think you are allowed to upload files. The video is at:

      The process is simple if you've already done but pretty hairy if you haven't. If your pdf file is large ( a meg or more ) you may want to zip the file. There are a lot of free zip programs out there just Google it for a source. Second thing is to have an FTP program. I use FileZilla, it's free and really simple. Zip your file and then create a folder on your website name it whatever. Crank up the FTP program and Send it directly to the folder you just created. It's really that easy. Make sure you note the exact url where your ebook resides on your site so that you can give it out. Now all you need to do is protect the link from Internet thugs. I've got a bunch of information on my site that may help as well.

          This is simple as well. Create your page in your favorite html editor and save to a folder on your desktop.

          The second part is a little trickier because it requires you to make a decision about your sales page. If you want your sales page to appear as the first page in your site you must save it as index.html. In this way you are telling the system that this is what you want everyone to see.
          If your sales page will be reached after someone lands on your regular home page, then name it anything you want. If you plan on having a number of sales pages you should create a folder on your site to put each one in then call them individually up when you need them.

          Once you've made the aforementioned decision just FTP it up to your host server. See my last post to you about FTP.
