What is the best website to use for selling ownership of a desktop program?

I have a simple, but useful niche program I developed that I would like to sell ownership of. The software is a native Windows desktop application.

My question is, has anyone here done that before? What advice would you give me?

And, finally, what is the best website to sell it on?

I know Flippa is a possibility, but they don't even have a desktop application category; they just have mobile apps.

Thanks,

John

I used to use a desktop application like this when I ran a local business, the parent company sold it B2B. It may be difficult to use a marketplace because they are more online based. Your best bet may be to reach out to businesses in the niche that the application applies to and try to sell it directly to them.

Thanks. That's an interesting thought. My software is targeted toward Shopify store owners and other e-commerce merchants.
