You can't, without committing a fraud.

Huge numbers of non-US-citizens have US bank accounts.
I jumped to the conclusion the OP was not domiciled here.

        Sorry.

If you are in the US legally, it's not difficult. Most large banks will know how to help you.

We might be able to give you more specific answers if you can tell us what is your location (what country are you in?) and why do you need a bank account in the United States? It seems like there are bank branches from other parts of the world in the US, like HSBC and Bank of India and others. It might be possible, but we need more info from you to comment about your situation. Thanks.

Why you don't use your local bank account? Where are you come from?
As far as I know, it will be impossible if you're not having any related to USA.
Like others already say, why you need such account?

Umm... You can call one of the banks. Go to something like bankofamerica.com. They actually open accounts online. And they have a live chat. If you try talking to them, I"m sure they can help you out. Good luck.

If you're living and working legally in the US it isn't a problem - I'm a Canadian with a work visa and I have several (personal and business) US bank accounts.

I came across a $3 report here about this. Not bought it as I don't want to open a us bank account but may be worth a look as its so cheap

US Bank account for Non-US citizens

I've bought other reports from the seller and found that he delivers what he promises

Get a payoneer card from Copeac, Odesk , Adultfriendfinder

Then request a Virtual US Account and you will be able to receive direct deposit to your virtual checking account. I use this feature and it works out quite nicely since there are a lot of affiliate programs that only pay by check or DD .. and we all hate checks...

If you are not an US citizen or not even living in US, this will be a very good solution.

Actually, it is fairly easy to open a bank account in the U.S. as a non-citizen if you are in the United States.

Otherwise opening a U.S. account from another country as a non-citizen is just not going to happen.
