Virtual World Game Designer?

I have created a medical terminology word game that I'd like to turn into an online interactive (virtual world) game. Is there anyone here who does that kind of work - or can you direct me to a good resource? I know about Elance and ODesk, etc., but thought you all might be a better starting place - since this is the Place of Masters, right?
