Form and cookie notification both count as conversion in GA4
For a client of ours, I am measuring the conversions of our ads in GA4. This is subscription only (form_submit). But now I find that the conversions do not match, and this appears to be due to the fact that the cookie notification is also a form_submit.
Anyone have any idea how I can measure only the form_submit of the form, and not also the cookie notification? The client is not using GTM yet, so if possible a setting in GA4.
