Hi everyone. For the life of me I cannot get this script installed. I believe I have done everything according to Mike's directions but when I go to the index.php file in my browser it just lags for up to 5 minutes.

It does copy some files and folders from incansoft site but none of them have any content in them. Folders are empty and html files have 0 bytes of text in them.

I have tried 3 times and have no luck! Can anyone help me? Thanks!
