I need forms for my website

Guys, I am looking to change the form on my website and I looking for someone to build this for me. If you go to request an auto insurance quote that is what I want for my website. I want people to enter details on my website so I can email them a quote later on. So basically the form just needs to capture their personal information, car info, driving info.

What type of software could be used to build this? Also what type of price would I be looking at because I am on a tight budget.

    You can use wordpress plugins. You dint mention which cms you use.

    Search for "quote submitting plugin" at wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ and moreover these plugins are FREE.

  • I am not really interested in Wordpress plugins. I want something a little custom made just like those sites I listed.

    • If you're not automating you're quotes, you could use something like instantformpro.com or Machform, althought with the former you can use it on unlimited domains from what i understand.
