Best Software to Generate E-mails from Templates and Databases?

Hi guys,

I'm wondering: What is the best software to generate e-mails from the following template, using simple tables (ideally excel) that could be filled in manually for the different values?

Ideally something simple to use that I could modify the template easily with whenever I'd feel like tweaking it.

  • It doesn't even necessarily need to generate an actual e-mail per se -- it could just spit out a .txt file with the e-mail in it, so that I could then copy paste it into my e-mail client to send.

    • do you want this on a website or you want this as software Ive got something that could do it but it would have to go on your site I use it on my sites to send newsletters
