Wordpress admin mailto authors plugin?

Hi,

I've looked through the internet for a wordpress plugin that will mail my authors so I don't have to type each one separately into my email program. (the first time) Not that I mind I just wonder if a plugin already exists and I just can't find it. There seems to be a plugin that will allow the users to email each other I don't want that.

I would like to occasionally send them a one off message like an autoresponder would do.

There is probably some simple way to to this and I will be embarrassed no doubt

Does anyone know of a plugin? I would appreciate it a great deal.

    Probably you could have a look into it.

    Frankly, I haven't got what kind of plugin you want.

    What will your plugin mail the authors? What do you really want to accomplish?

    It's all still unclear what you want.

    If you clarify I'll look into it and help.

    I am a Wordpress expert as well.

      Thanks for the reply I will PM my email to you. I want to send an occasional message to them, like here's helpful video, here's something free, etc.

      They are registered users so they give me their email to use the site, in which I mentioned there would be a occasional emails.

      I can send them email manually through my own email account but I would prefer not to, if there is a plugin that can handle it for me.

  • Looks like you want a plugin to behave like an autoresponder plugin.

    I've got you partially. Still PM me your email address.

  • Just to clairfy you want to be able to compose the message in the admin screen and then click a button to email it to all your registered authors at the same time.

    If i get a chance today ill code it and release it into the wordpress repository... Im suprised there isnt a plugin that already does it, but they can be hard to locate at times.
