Where is the best place to outsorce a software plan...
I don't know to mach about programming so I can't tell you what kind of programming I need...
But where is the best place to outsorce programming?
One I outsorced some programming work to russia and it turn out fine...not very good, but not very bas also...
So if some one have suggestion, I will be more then happy the hear them.

    I've had some success with http://www.freelancer.co.uk/. I would suggest finding a programmer who has great feedback. Don't necessarily go for the cheapest.

        Ultraburner - you are completely right. Usually it is not worth to hire someone who offers the lowest stakes. A person like this will probably not do your work as you would like to - and in a result you will still have to hire another person who will do it properly.
