Another Hostgator redirect question - stealth

Maybe I didn't post this originally in the right forum which is why I didn't get a reply. Maybe someone can help here.

Currently I am with a web host provider that allows a simple way to redirect URLS to other pages without the address location changing to the new location like html redirects and htaccess redirect do. They call it Stealth redirect and it's done in the domain pointing manager section of my Cpanel. I just enter my domain and then enter the target URL and select "Stealth". What happens is when you go to my web page it goes to the affiliate sales page but my URL stays in the location bar in your browser - not giving up my affiliate information.
How easy is this to do with Hostgator? With the same result? I'm interested in using Hostgator because of the easy Wordpress setup but I still want this "stealth" feature.

Hmm, is the stealth feature maybe just a simple frameset?
You should look at the source code of the page "redirecting". If it contains something like <frameset> and <frame> you can do that everywhere

I presume most affiliate networks don't like FRAME cloaking and could punish affiliate for this?

If you are going to use Wordpress on your sites anyway, just install a plugin like Pretty Link and you cant create stealth links from that domain.

EX: yourdomain.com = your normal site (blog).
yourdomain.com/aff = will forward to an affiliate link. These links can be 'stealth' and provide states as to how many times they are clicked.
