Any newsletter software with unlimited subscribers for one time fee or low monthly fee?

I checked aweber, xmailpro, shoppingcart, etc. and they all seem to have a very high fee if you want to have at least 100,000 subscribers monthly. Therefore, is their any newsletter software where you can have at least 100,000 subscribers without worrying about high monthly fee or even get it for just one time payment only? The only thing I need is for monthly newsletter, so if it does not have all the feature a aweber etc. it is still okay. So please anyone share if you know any!

    Hey prouser02,

    I cannot imagine any company giving away a newsletter service of that size for free. People would jump at it like bears at honey. Maintenance cost and bandwidth would simply explode.

    However, you might want to consider installing a mailing list script on a server (preferably your own or at a webhost). There are quite a few free mailing list scripts out there. You can find a list here: Free PHP Mailing List Scripts (thefreecountry.com) (not sure how up to date or complete this list is).

    Of course, if you install a script like this on shared hosting, you want to make sure that it complies with bandwidth and usage rules your hosting company put down. While a lot of hosters offer unlimited bandwidth, it most often is tied to a 'fair use' policy. Sending out 100'000 e-mails might very well go against a policy like that.

    If you have your own server you could use something like immailer as long as you aren't spamming?

    Just a quick suggestion for you: I do not recommend using any software that will send the e-mails from your own dial-up ISP account directly (such as a Windows software running on your PC), because most providers and mail servers block dial-up IP ranges from sending e-mails at all to prevent SPAM.

          Sorry I cannot go with Comm100 Newsletter because it is not popular and I have never heard of it. So i have some doubts if it will work or not for me.

    You might want to look at phpList - that's a good newsletter system. But - the hard thing isn't getting a tool to send out email, it's dealing with all the rubbish when you get flagged for spam & no-one gets your newsletters anymore. Also, hosting companies don't like people spamming from their computers. That's really what you are paying for with aweber etc.

    The Omnistar mailer someone pointed out above is a good one too. There are a few good ones on the market.
