Wordpress format problem

I just upgraded one of my wordpress sites and now some pictures thata re posted overlap the page. Any ideas on how to get it back to normal?

Edit your post, click on the images, and resize them They are showing up full size vs thumbnail.

  ALso just a tip. When you upgrade WordPress disable your plugins before doing so.
