IF from US Else from UK

Hey guys,

Is there anyway to make it so that if users from US come, they see one page, and if users form UK come they will see another? Is there like one ip address/range I can use for each country?

I used to use it with some Amazon affiliate pages, until Amazon dumped all their Hawaii affiliates last year! Sent them to the correct page for their local Amazon stuff.
