Where I can get script like Download.com website

PROGRAMMING

I am looking to start a website which is going to have softwares and other applications which can be downloaded for free (similar to Download.com) and I am looking for a script for the same.

Can anyone guide me and tell me how can I do this and can get the script for this purpose which is not very expensive.

You could try XtraUpload.

They are currently moving server to a more productive host, but you can get their beta from here.
