Have Countdowntimer, just can't get it to work on my site

So I found a pretty cool countdown timer and have the code, I just can't get it to work on my site. Anyone have any advice? Here's the script

Does anyone know what I need to change to make it work on my site?

Check to make sure you got all the code, sometimes there is a small code snippet that goes into the header of the page, you may be missing that cause I tried it in mine too and wasn't working, or else send me the link to the page you go it and I will look at it for you..

Also...there is a swf, or flash file that needs to be uploaded to your server..did u upload the timer.swf file? That's probably it...
