Joomla Excel data Help

Hi
i was wondering if its possible to get a spreadsheet out of excel and display it as a page on my website, i will be using joomla cms. Id like the spreadsheet to update throughout the day, say every 2 hours? I have my excel spreadsheet set up to update every 20 minutes so its just a matter of getting it onto the site and getting it to update.??
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Would anyone consider making an application to do so for a fee, if it cant be done already.

There's a bit of code that you need to put on your site, so you may have to install one of the plug ins that allow you to put code inside a post.
