I am looking for a CRM solution that will integrate with our mysql database. Basically, when someone signs up for one of our products, etc. I need it to plug them into our CRM solution automatically so the sales process can begin. must be web based. Ideas???

      Yes Infusionsoft may be your answer. The specifics are that you use your SQL based database where ever. You need to use the Infusionsoft API (which is now free). You database triggers an event, often running some PHP that calls the Infusionsoft API, passes the data you want accross and then updates the Infusionsoft CRM.

      Recent Examples that I have been involved with are.

      SQL database runs and sells a product that needs a digital key, the Infusonsoft API is called, customer created and then sent a Digital Key from Infusionsoft.

      Other examples are

      Infusionsoft sells a Business Directory Membership and then sends the user info fo the BDM SQL server.

      Infuisonsoft updateds an SQL forum.

      Ebay to Paypal to Infusionsoft, sell on Ebay, client pays with Paypal and then the Paypal system sends a notification, that runs a PHP script and then that client data is added to the Infusionsoft CRM.

      Out the other side you can run workflow actions in infusionsoft to do things like order DVDs and CDs from Kunaki and send user names and passwors and then in some cases pass back posted and delivered details.
