SEO - Software utility/server script to extract my own site's METAs?

This is a sort of "does this exist for free" kind of thing

Basically I run an affiliate website which started off small and has ended up rather large. I'd like to find a freeware utility or serverside script that I can run which will extract the Title, Meta Keywords and Description field from all the pages on this site. (This is so that I can optimise them, find which are not very good by looking at the list.)

This utility/script doesn't have to go onto external links it finds on my site, I'm only interested in MY website's files. So internal URLs only. Or, I can provide a list of URLs because I have an automatically generated sitemap with this huge list of URLs which are all on my domain

I'm not bothered about output, even viewing on a webpage this data would be helpful to pinpoint the poor META data. CSV format would be fine. Text file would be fine too.

I know of ZENU Link Sleuth utiltity which is rather nice - it gave me a good overall view of the blank titles on my pages But something to crawl my site's pages and give Title, Keyword and Meta Description would be wonderful!

Does such a thing exist?

Edited to add: I found this little program here which is only a Trial download, but since it's complete overkill/bloated for what I need (and since I haven't made even the hosting cash back yet...) I was hoping for a lightweight, simpler solution! I also found this PHP function which appears to do what I need, but since I'm not a PHP programmer that's a little bit more technical than I'm used to!
