I Need a Client Processing & Management Script?

I thought this kind of script would be esy to come across.

One that takes the payment from a client then gives them a login to a management system that uses tickets to confer with each other and allows uploads of files.

Unfortunately I've been pulling my hair out way too long trying to find one that's as straight forward as I wish it to be. As it seems all I have found do not have the option to force payment first.

A good example is the one on logonerds.com

The client orders then gets login details to the ticketing system.

I would like something exactly like this that also has the option to not request money up front for instance when they request a quote for a project.

don't know how big is your business.For big sites WHMCS - The Complete Client Management, Billing & Support Solution is good.For smaller one it would be best to custom few separate scripts and use them as integrated solution.

WHMCS is good for companies that already are making some profit.. I know ClientExec isn't that much a month and it works out good for me

  I would prefer self hosted App. Still open to more suggestions. The one mentioned seems way overboard for what I need it for but thanks for the suggestion.
