FBML display problems

Hi, For HTML/Facebook buffs: I've been trying to make an FBML tab with the following html code (made in NetObjects), but the resulting page is just blank. I tried doing the standard stuff like removing the <html> and <head> tags but the same result occurs. Could an expert in the house please help?

A text file with the code is attached
