Lost troubleshooting a php script

Hi PHP Master Warriors!
I bought a script and now I am trying to get it to work right but no help from person who sold it, can some one help me sort it out?
I am a total newbie with php.

  • What is the problem you are having with it? (if your getting errors, it would help to see them and of course knowing what script it is).

    TBH though, if you have paid for a script, you should be getting support from whoever sold it to you. Have you tried contacting/emailing them or opening a support ticket, if they have a ticketing system?

  • I tried getting help from them but no response last 3 months, from the looks of it it must be a simple enough error to correct. I have emailed you the details, hope its ok
