I need an article directory script for my site, cannot install database on server

I want to install an article directory script on my site, but I cannot install any kind of database, so it would have to be using a flat file system. Does anyone know of a good one?

    • I would, but it's a .GOV domain, and I only have the privalege of using it

    Is it not possible to get hosting elsewhere solely for the database. Then upload the script to your.gov domain and when you set up the config details for the script to access the database you have a direct address for the database on the other host.

    That might be easier than trying to find a flat file program.
