How To "post to WordPress by e-mail"?

Have been trying to create "post to WordPress by e-mail"
somehow something I am missing? Does anybody have any advice how to properly set up this option on Wordpress?

In the Wordpress Dashboard>

On the left sidebar under Settings >> Click on Writing and on the write settings page you will find Post via e-mail. You need to activate it from there.
