Toolbar Builder Software Issue

I've got the viral toolbar builder and would like to use it but when I try to have it save the actual code for the toolbar I get the following error message:

Path File Access Error

Any thoughts on what would be causing that? My pc runs vista.

    So the probable answer is that the default save location is somewhere like "Program Files" which in Vista is protected if you are not running in Admin mode.
