Need help with CPA form completion

I am working with CPA offers that allow incentives. I was wondering if anyone knew a way to tell if a person competed a form. For example, I will give a user an incentive to fill out a form and promise to give him/her something if they completed the form. How am I able to confirm they filled out the form?

  • Use Sub-ID tracking with the link you give them and compare the results in your CPA control panel (run a Sub-ID report) and see if theirs is listed as having completed an action..

    • Does the result in the CPA control panel update insantaneously, or does it take time for the result to go through?
  • The thing is, I am offering downloads to people who fill out a form. I want to provide the user with the link on the same page as soon as they finish filling out the form. I don't want to have to check manually everytime someone fills out a form, especially if there are a lot of visitors. So, does a Sub-ID report allow for this?
