Is it hard to make a Text Generator?

I have a friend who owns a tattoo site and want to be able to sell tattoo designs but he needs a good text generator and all of them are expensive he asked me to make it for him would this be hard i only know general php code.

If you want to generate images from text you'll need the GD library and/or the ImageMagick library.

You can create images dynamically using those libraries. Is it something like that you and your friend is looking for?
