can't activate wordpress plugin

I just installed a wordpress plugin, it has a guide that tells me to change 2 files CHMOD to 777, and I have done that just as what it says, after I activated it and want to access the plugin it says "You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page."


why? How to solve it?
