Help With Wordpress Theme

Hey, I have two issues with my wordpress theme that I would like to iron out before I begin posting and driving traffic to it. If anyone could please help me out with these or offer some sort of suggestion I would be most grateful to you. Here is the site I will be refferring to: www.fixaflawblog.com

1. Now if you notice on the main home page when you click on that link - off to the right of my blog are two 'ad spots' - how can I fill these in, and perhaps make money off those? Is there a way to do this, or what are they for?

2. When you click from there to the 'contact' page - it is blank!! I just inserted a contact form plugin and when I'm under the plugin settings then choose to 'view page' from there, I can see the script on the page as it should look, and it even works when I test it! But then again, if I go to the contact page any other way, it is nothing but a blank page. Can anyone please assist me here....I don't know what else to be doin.

Look in your dashboard under widgets and you will probably see the ad spots to put code, you must not have the contact form configured corectly if it won't show. Try cForm, it's an easy plugin to use.

  Woot Got it taken care of! Thanks to everyone here on the forum that offered to help, you are all wonderful
  
  I had a pm from a Mr. Ernie B. who helped me out tremendously the other night in regards to the ads and my contact page.
  
  Then I did something to screw the contact page up again lolz
  
  So a big thanks to falconeye as well who took the time to straighten my contact page out for me yet again.
