Ad Management softwrae to manage pop unders?
Hi,
I'm trying to find a solution to manage my pop unders. I was hoping I could use OpenX, but I don't really see options to setup pop unders.
I'm hoping to install a solution very similar to what this website is using.

If you click any where on this web page a pop under is launched. I would like to combine their javascript code with Ad Management software to track and manage my pop unders.
I can setup the javascript that launches the pop under to only show a pop under every 3 days, but I need Ad Management software to be able to limit the amount of times each one of my different pop unders advertisements is shown to my visitors. I'm hoping to be able to use the priority or weighting functionality, and/or how times a specific pop under is shown during a certain time frame.
In addition, I'm hoping to be able to pass dynamic variables from my website to the ad management software that can be passed on to my pop under advertisers. Namely an email address. Basically I need to be able to append something like this to the end of an action call. &email=asdf@asdf.com
It does not appear I can do any of these things with OpenX. If not, does anybody know of another advertising platform that have these features?
