Testing SMTP Gateways?

Hi All,

Can anyone refer me to a service that tests SMTP gateways for CELL PHONES? I have some text message software I am trying to test and need to make sure my software is correctly sending messages to cell phone carriers phone numbers throughout the United States and in multiple countires throughout the world. ex. Verizon, ATT, T-Mobile, Alltel etc.
