Twitterfeed Help

Does anyone know why I get this message?
[feed status: Feed checked OK but stopped processing due to update frequency (30 May 13:20) and Feed checked OK but stopped processing due to update frequency (30 May 13:20)]

I thought it was supposed to post your stuff automatically, but after the first time it stopped and this is the message I got.

Any insight would be great. Thanks:rolleyes:

    I was using Twitterfeed several months ago and had all sorts of problems with it.

    I was actually checking to see if they have sorted out their issues but maybe I got my answer.

    I wish I could help but that service just doesn't have their act together...I'm looking for an alternative.
