Affiliate solution in ASP.NET ?

I'm looking for some cheap (or free? :-D ) affiliate software I can use in my homepage.

This homepage is created with ASP.NET (not CMS). I want to be able to create unique links I can send to people, and then they should be able to log into a system on my homepage, to see statistics.

I'm writing in "Programming", simply because I need some local solution, and not some 3'rd party solution! :-)
