I am technically challenges so pardon what is probably a pretty basic question. I am trying to submit my site map for my newly created WP blog which is in the Flexibility Theme. When I go to Google Webmaster it asks me to past a piece of code in the following area:

I am technically challenges so pardon what is probably a pretty basic question. I am trying to submit my site map for my newly created WP blog which is in the Flexibility Theme.
When I go to Google Webmaster it asks me to past a piece of code in the following area:
"Copy the meta tag below, and paste it into your site's home page. It should go in the <head> section, before the first <body> section."
In the Theme Editor, would the home page be the Page Template?
If so, where do I past the code. The code is all php with no conventional "head" or "body" section?
